Upper roller device
The upper roller device is composed of main oil cylinder, upper roller bearing seat, upper roller, double-row spherical bearing and so on.
The two main cylinders and piston rods are steel forgings; the cylinder barrel inner surface is calendered and the piston rod surface is hard Cr plated; the seal adopts Yx type seal. The rodless chamber is used to provide the required pressurization for the rolled plates.
The two main cylinders provide the required pressurization of the rolled sheet, and the working pressure of the main cylinder is 19.5 MPa.
The bearing housing at both ends of the upper roll is placed with double-row spherical bearings. The double-row spherical bearings are low-speed, heavy-duty spherical roller bearings.
The upper roller is drum-shaped, designed to compensate for the deflection of the upper roller by pre-setting the load coefficient 0.7 uniform load of the maximum pressure on the upper roller.
The material of upper roll is alloy steel 42CrMo, rough machining and tempering treatment, HB240~280, according to JB/ZG4289-86 roll steel standard, the stiffness is in accordance with (1/700~1/1000)L L-refers to the distance between the center line of both sides of the frame.

3 roller hydraulic plate bending machine uses a planetary gear box connected to a sturdy motor to drive the top and side rollers at a speed of 4.0-6.0mm per minute.
