The three-roll hydraulic bending machine produced by Chaoli Company can easily bend metal plates with a thickness of 2 mm to 200 mm and a width of 1000 mm to 12000 mm, with high quality.
Judging from the welded St-52 steel structure, the Chaoli machine has an extremely sturdy body. The bending moment is generated by the NC or CNC panel control system.
The three rollers are driven by three separate hydraulic motors and/or reducers. All rolls of the bending machine produced by Chaoli Company are embedded with self-aligning roller bearings. In this way, the friction is reduced and the machine is strengthened.
It provides various options to facilitate the bending process.
Option:
1.-Stepless adjustment of speed
2. Side and central support of large diameter metal plate
3. Extend the main shaft
4. The shape of the roller
5. Feeding table
6. Oil cooling system
Standard equipment:
1.-Cône bending device
2. Induction hardening roller
3.-Digital display of scroll wheels on both sides
4.-The fuselage is a steel structure (St-52)
5. Independent control panel
6.- All rollers installed in the bearing
7.- The descending end is controlled by the control panel to release the easily bent metal plate and the lifting upper roller.
8.-Control the movement of the scroll wheel and the adjustment of parallelism through the panel.
9.- All rollers are driven by hydraulic motors and planetary gearboxes.
10.-CE, ISO certificate
The rolls are made of high-quality forged steel, which is induction tempered and quenched. After quenching, we polish the rolls. We also provide special rolls for certain jobs upon request.
We use double spherical roller bearings instead of bushings to eliminate bushing tolerances and friction, resulting in energy loss.
The bearings are pre-lubricated and protected by a special gasket, which does not require any lubrication during the entire service life of the machine.
Very efficient power transmission
We directly connect the hydraulic motor and planetary gear drive to the roller. This has the advantage of efficient power transmission from the motor to the drum, without the need for auxiliary gearboxes and clutches. The system can provide the best torque under any working conditions.
The parallelism of the rollers is controlled by a large number of torsion bars. We have eliminated parallel problems that often occur in electro-hydraulic and electronic systems. The system also provides the possibility of tilting the roller to perform cone work and return to the initial position within a few seconds.
