The hydraulic system is composed of gear pump, valve set, fluid connection parts, hydraulic auxiliary parts and so on.
The hydraulic valves are selected from the stacked valve series, with simple piping arrangement and convenient maintenance and commissioning.
The hydraulic system pipeline needs to be acid cleaned and cleaned before installation.
The system is composed of three circuits: overpressure protection and pressure regulation circuit, synchronization circuit and speed circuit.
The pressure regulating circuit regulates the working pressure of the system through the main relief valve. The system working pressure is 19.5MPa.
The synchronization circuit synchronizes the rising and falling coarse step shunt of the upper roll through the shunt throttle valve, and the throttle valve carries out up and down adjustment; the displacement sensor detects the positioning accuracy of the upper roll synchronization ±0.20mm.
The speed circuit controls the overturning and resetting of the machine on the overturning side, and the throttling speed of the circuit is regulated by the throttling valve.

Various protection
Each motor has corresponding circuit breaker for over-current short-circuit protection;
Each motor has the corresponding thermal relay for overload protection;

The overturning and resetting of the overturning cylinder are protected by upper and lower limit switches respectively;
The main power circuit breaker has a sub-excitation decoupler, and there is an "emergency stop" button on the operating table and the portable button box to cut off the main power remotely.
Various interlocks
After the overturning frame is fully reset, the upper roller can be lifted, moved forward and backward, and the lower roller can be forward and reverse (the "overturning frame reset" is detected by the limit switch);
When the upper roller is in the upper position, the horizontal movement of the upper roller and the separate descent of the overturned side cannot be carried out ("upper roller upper position" is detected by the limit switch);
When the working pressure of upper roller pressure relay is more than 1/3P, the upper roller can not move back and forth (pressure relay for detection).
Fault indication
When the lower roller motor and horizontal moving motor are overloaded, the fault indicator will indicate;

Numerical control system (economic type)
This system adopts rotary encoder, with highly reliable industrial controller, forming a control system with reliable performance and strong real-time. The CNC system has the functions of real-time monitoring of the rolling process, data transmission and power-off memory, etc. The human-machine interface is intuitive and clear with Chinese display.
The display screen shows the displacement up and down of the upper roller main cylinder (Yg, Yf), the horizontal movement of the upper roller (X), and the adjustment of the carrier roller (H).
The industrial controller PLC detects the position of both ends of the upper roller automatically and controls it to ensure the synchronization accuracy of ±0.15mm. the displacement resolution of the displacement sensor is 0.05mm and the display accuracy is ±0.05mm.
