The automatic hydraulic 2-roll rolling machine is a new type rolling machine on which a roll is made of steel and the other roll comprises a steel core covered by elastic layer (rubber roll). The plate can be arranged between rolls with adjustable distance. With process of contacting – pressurizing – rubber roll deforming, the plate is deformed and then rolled to specified shape when both rolls are driven to rotate. The equipment has advantages of forming in one piece, high production efficiency, high geometric accuracy of finished product, good surface quality and simple structure with fewer rolls. PLC (programmable logic controller) is adopted on equipment, so operation is simple and numerical control of production process can be easily realized.

Buyer is responsible for the following parts
1、Foundation assembly in the buyer's factory, installation of pipe-laying wiring and other accessories (including foundation pre-buried parts, secondary grouting).
2, the machine around the paving board and safety fence.
3、Earthing accessories and necessary materials.
4、Prepare enough hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, grease, etc.
5、Provide 380V/50Hz power supply line to the main power supply interface of the machine's electric control cabinet.
6、Provide no less than 10 pieces of plates of each specification to the supplier after the contract is signed for trial production and acceptance.
7, send staff to the production side training.
Equipment acceptance

Equipment acceptance
1, provide the seller factory pre-acceptance.
2, the buyer to provide plates and each part of 10 pieces.
3, the function of the equipment, appearance, and product requirements for the initial acceptance.
4、The equipment will be shipped after the initial acceptance.
5、The buyer shall bear the cost of bus ticket and accommodation to the seller's factory for pre-inspection and acceptance, and the rest shall be borne by the seller.
6、The buyer's factory installation and commissioning final acceptance.
7、Buyer after the equipment is shipped to the factory. Buyer shall determine the specific time of unpacking, installation and commissioning and final acceptance, and notify the seller by fax 10 days in advance of the business personnel responsible for this, so that the seller can arrange a specific schedule.
8、After the equipment arrives at the buyer's factory, the buyer's personnel shall complete the positioning of the equipment, water, electricity and gas connection, and the seller shall send technical personnel to complete the installation of the equipment body.
9、The seller will appoint technical personnel to go to the buyer's factory for the commissioning of the equipment according to the installation and commissioning date arranged by the buyer.
10、Commissioning is completed for the trial run of the equipment. The buyer will provide 10 sets of products with the specifications of the agreement, and the buyer's operators will process them under the guidance of the seller's technical personnel. After the processing is completed, any 2 sets will be tested and the test results must meet the technical requirements provided by the buyer. Then, the buyer and seller sign on the final acceptance report signed by both parties.
11、After the final acceptance, the equipment also needs to be produced continuously for 8 hours to ensure that it passes the equipment function test.
12、If the equipment fails, it will be repaired first to ensure that the equipment works again. And ensure the continuous work of the equipment as before. Damaged parts appear to be replaced immediately. By this time the equipment enters the warranty period.
13、During the final acceptance period, the buyer will provide a technical engineer, an electrician and an operator to assist the seller's personnel.
14、During the final acceptance period, the seller's engineer will train the buyer's personnel in maintenance and operation.
