The hydraulic system of this equipment completes the following functions: drive the hydraulic motor to rotate; drive the oil cylinder to make the lower roller make lifting movement; drive both sides of the roller to make tilting lifting movement; control the dumping oil cylinder to make lifting movement.Through the electro-hydraulic reversing valve, it can control the lifting motion of the lower roller and the tilting lifting motion of both rollers; through the liquid-controlled check valve, it can make the working roller stay in any position. The circuit of dumping cylinder is equipped with one-way throttle valve, which can adjust the speed of the actuator appropriately.The whole hydraulic system is reasonably designed, reliable, and equipped with high precision oil suction and return filters to ensure the cleanliness of the system oil. The system piping is neatly arranged, convenient to operate and flexible to ensure that the whole system has no leakage.The main valves in the hydraulic system are all high-quality products of Yuzhi Oil Research. Pumps, oil filters, motors, seals are all products of domestic famous brand manufacturers or Sino-foreign joint ventures, with advanced performance and reliable quality.
