The equipment is reliable and efficient. The parallelism of the side rollers is controlled by the torsion bar system connecting the two ends of the side rollers, which eliminates the shortcomings of precision and unreliable encoders. The roller is driven by a hydraulic motor and a high-efficiency planetary gear box, and is directly connected to the roller. CHAOLI assembles the roller on a sealed bearing and does not contain secondary parts, which can reduce the dispersion of the force generated by the friction of various parts. It guarantees higher reliability, greater load absorption capacity, and increases the tilting ability of the side rollers, thereby achieving conical bending.
The side rollers move up and down on the planetary rotary guide: the perfect geometry eliminates the shortcomings of linear gears. This allows us to use hydraulic pumps with low-flow motors, thereby increasing energy savings.
Both movement and roller parallelism are electronically driven.
