The linear four-roller W12 series has undergone the most demanding tests and has been tested in extreme environments for more than 10 years. It combines power, reliability and precision to make it the most advanced four-roller rolling machine product.
In order to ensure excellent rolling quality and high repeatability of product roundness, the closed-loop structure and the traditional ultra-wide descending end ensure the maximum rigidity of the machine under high longitudinal and transverse forces.
The linear structure design of the clamping roller ensures a higher clamping force, thereby achieving higher-quality pre-rolling. In fact, the pinch roller is supported by 4 independent bearings (2 on each side), and the bearing housing is twice as large to better absorb and guide the lateral load.
Equipped with roller electronic balance system and falling end fixing system.
